Objective: Along with the increase in frequency of multiple pregnancies, an is observed feto-maternal negativities. In our study, we aimed to determine iron, ferritin, hemoglobin, zinc, and copper levels second-trimester multiparous twin pregnancies compare them values singleton healthy women same demographic characteristics.Methods: Three groups were created study; control group, single pregnancy group. Fasting venous blood samples taken from individuals. Iron, copper, ferritin measured.Results: Compared (Fe), zinc (Zn) individuals statistically low while (Cu) significantly high (p<0.05). Also, when compared a significant decrease was found Fe, Zn group Although there minimal Cu levels, this not group.Conclusion: Since changes trace element can lead adverse effects, think that dietary habits should be monitored, iron followed pregnant women.
